    • Buy El Paso Reward points from that business, and

  • Buy El Paso Rewards points are accumulated from each business that has registered and can be redeemed for promotions from that business. Points from different businesses cannot be combined.
  • Buy EP Business Visits are accumulated with each scan at any participating Buy El Paso Rewards businesses and will be recorded for Buy El Paso goodies.
  • Winners will be contacted directly through their phone number.

• How do I collect scans to win prizes from Buy El Paso?
  
  • The prizes available to you through Buy EP Business Visits are based on the number of scans you accumulate at all participating local businesses combined. You can accumulate scans by visiting participating Buy El Paso Rewards stores in the following way:
    
    • Scanning the QR Code at a local business. Your scans are accounted for when you scan the QR code at a participating local business. The more times you scan at any participating business location, the more you will accumulate scans to win prizes from Buy El Paso. You can accumulate an unlimited number of reward points.
• How often can I scan a code?
  
  • You can scan a code with every visit; however, each business can limit the amount of scans per day. (Note: Buy El Paso Rewards has the right to disqualify your points if the program is abused or used in a manner that is not in accordance with its intent.)
• What if I forget to scan my QR code during my visit?
  • Don’t forget to scan! Unfortunately, you will not be eligible to receive points for that visit.
• Do I have to make a purchase to scan the QR Code?
  • This is up to the individual business.

• How do I earn reward points?
  
  • It’s simple! You can earn reward points by scanning the QR code when you visit a participating business. The more times you scan at a business location, the more reward points you will accumulate for that business.
• How and when do I redeem reward points?
  
  • Each business will decide how they will reward accumulated points and when they will offer promotions.
  • You collect reward points for each individual business. You may use the rewards points associated with each individual business, but you may not transfer rewards points from one business to another business unless the location is from the same business owner.
  • Ex.: Points earned at Business A can only be redeemed at Business A, not at Business B.
• How long does it take for reward points to appear in my account?
  • Reward points should appear instantly in your account once the Buy El Paso Rewards QR code is scanned. If the points do not appear, let the business owner know. However, due to variations in your local cell phone carrier’s bandwidth there may be a delay.
• Is there a maximum of points I can earn?
  
  • No! It is encouraged that you always share your love for local businesses and take advantage of your Buy El Paso Rewards!
  • An individual business has the ability to change the promotions it offers or place an expiration on points.
• Can I use my reward points at all local businesses?
  • Reward points may only be used at participating businesses and are specific to each business. You cannot combine Rewards points with other loyalty programs.
• How do I know what businesses are participating?
  • You can view participating businesses here. If you have a business you frequent, encourage them to participate in the Buy El Paso Rewards program.
• Do reward points expire?
  • Each business in the Buy El Paso Rewards program has the option to determine how each promotion will work and if points expirations will apply.
• What if I have reward points with a business and they are no longer participating in Buy El Paso Rewards?
  
  • Those reward points will no longer be valid; however, those points will be taken into consideration for Buy El Paso goodies.
• Can points be transferred after getting a new phone number?
  • Unfortunately, reward points cannot be transferred. Don’t forget to show your love for local businesses and register with your new phone number so you do not miss out on Buy El Paso Rewards.
  • Your previous Buy El Paso Rewards account will no longer be valid. Changing the phone number would result in the automatic deletion of the users current information and account. You will have to create a new account with your new phone number.
